Reflecting on 12 Months of iReflect with YouthCARE
As we enter the third year of our partnership with YouthCARE, it’s an ideal time to reflect on the progress made in the past 12 months since the launch of iReflect, YouthCARE’s white-label solution of iyarn.
YouthCARE, supports more than 700 schools across Western Australia, and in the past year, YouthCARE has successfully integrated iReflect into an expanding network of these schools. This significant adoption has been met with enthusiasm, as the platform continues to support the wellbeing of students and staff alike. The launch of iReflect has allowed YouthCARE to further customise the platform to align with their specific needs, providing an accessible and user-friendly tool for students, chaplains, and educators to monitor and improve mental health and overall wellbeing.
For the 2025 school year, an additional 30 schools have signed up to use iReflect, while YouthCARE has also expanded its services to 15 schools in regional and remote communities, extending the platform’s reach and ensuring that even those in more isolated areas can access their services and iReflect as a resource.
The feedback from YouthCARE Chaplains and school leaders has been overwhelmingly positive. The check-ins offered through iReflect have allowed for easy tracking of student wellbeing, helping schools to address mental health challenges proactively and with greater precision. By collecting data on student sentiment, iReflect has empowered chaplains to offer more targeted support and interventions.
Looking ahead, we are excited to continue working with YouthCARE and supporting their mission to provide whole-school wellbeing services to thousands of students.
With the continued success of iReflect and its adoption by even more schools in 2025, the next 12 months promise to bring even greater opportunities to enhance student wellbeing, improve mental health outcomes, and foster a strong sense of community across Western Australia.
